If our dog had found the rat poison before we had, she COULD HAVE DIED! If a child had found the pod, they could have been poisoned.

The company never acknowledged its poor service and never offered to send anyone to do the job properly. Beware.

I am seriously considering going for their recurring monthly home cleaning. I was in search for a house cleaning service that is trustworthy, efficient and punctual.

Booking was easy, the office gave me a great price and the girls were just amazing. Definitely a great maid service for the price.

  I came home from out of town and the apartment had been cleaned but the person did a very bad job. Ex:
1. Table base and chairs had crumbs... read more and food
2. Cabinet doors and backsplash were dirty and not wiped at all
3. Debris around base of sofa and ottoman
4. Long black hair and debris left in vacuum
5. Missed cleaning two windows
6. Threshold of patio door had pile of dirt
7. Radiator cover had dirt knocked out of a pot and not cleaned up.
8. Stove top not cleaned
9. Refrigerator door not cleaned
10. Base of toilet not cleaned (I live with 2 boys and can tell)
I paid for deep cleaning and it was a surface clean at best. I reached out but they said they would only reclean. At that point, I had already recleaned the apartment and don't feel safe letting someone in who I would need to supervise.

Secondly, the cleaners were very unfriendly, angry, and passive-aggressive at the beginning. They acted as they were very jealous, pretentious, and were very hesitant to perform their services as cleaners. Their attitude became even worse, when they realized that we understand their second language that they were using to speak between themselves, because it didn't allow them to comment on the tenants of the apartment or have idle talk between themselves.

As a result, of agreed 5.5 hours of deep cleaning we received 3 hours of pretty standard cleaning. Some of the electric appliances remained dusted. However, there was no point in asking them to do something additional, because we wanted those cleaners out of our apartment ASAP. So much tension form cleaning specialists is rarity in NYC.

In my opinion, this company should be more concerned about the quality of service they seek to provide people. They must explain their cleaners better, how to act professional, politely, and respectful during their work. I didn't see any professional cleaning done in my apartment and the cleaners didn't act like professionals. Also, I wish that if the cleaners have a bad day or some personal problems, they should not come to other people homes to provide poor service with bad attitude.

They may have taken other things, but those were the three items I know they took because I saw them that morning, and the items were missing that night. I wrote to the company - twice! - to report the minor theft, and received no answer. I canceled my service with them. Won't use them again.

We were very pleased with their work, I was very pleasant to return to a cleaning home. They were able to get few stains in the bathroom that were there for years as well. I highly recommend.
